My journey as both an athlete and a coach has shaped my deep expertise in strength training, injury prevention, and athletic conditioning. I don’t just teach fitness—I live it. As a competitive powerlifter, I’ve learned firsthand the discipline, resilience, and commitment required to build real, lasting strength. My personal experience with the rigorous demands of strength training gives me a unique insight into what it takes to reach peak performance while minimizing the risk of injury.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring over 100 personal trainers, guiding them to elevate their careers and improve the quality of fitness coaching in every market I’ve operated in. This mentorship is a testament to my commitment to not just delivering results for my clients but also raising the bar for the entire fitness industry.
